The Business Growth Consultant (BGC) Program is a 6-months industrial, career-linked training program by Webpulse Solution Pvt. Ltd. designed for roles in Sales, Client Relationship & Digital Business Management.

On successful completion, candidates are offered a guaranteed job placement as Business Growth Consultant at Aurangabad (Bihar)/ Ranchi (Jharkhand) or Ranchi (Jharkhand) branch.

2) Eligibility
- Age: 18–30 years at the time of application.
- Minimum education: 12th Pass (recognized board).
- Preference to Graduates/Postgraduates with Computer / Tech / IT background.
- Good communication skills and learning attitude required.

6) Attendance, Timings & Rules
- Minimum 90% attendance is mandatory to remain eligible for the Job Guarantee.
- Training + Internship Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
- Punctuality, discipline and professional behaviour are compulsory.
7) Internship & Guaranteed Job
- Internship stipend: ₹5,000/month during the 6-month internship phase (subject to attendance & performance).
- Guaranteed placement applies only after successful completion of training + internship with required benchmarks.

8) Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Application Fee (₹499), Admission Fee (₹5,900), and Program Fee (₹2,36,000) are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds for withdrawal, non-attendance, late joining, discipline issues, job-offer rejection, or personal/medical reasons.
- If Webpulse cancels the program, a refund may be considered at management’s sole discretion.
9) Code of Conduct & IP
- Maintain integrity, punctuality, and respectful behaviour at all times.
- Any harassment, plagiarism, cheating or misconduct may lead to termination without refund.
- All training content is the intellectual property of Webpulse Solution Pvt. Ltd.; unauthorised sharing is prohibited.
10) Privacy & Data Usage
By enrolling, you consent to the use of your data for verification, communication, internship & placement assistance, certification, and limited promotional use (with consent). Data is handled per Webpulse privacy practices and not shared with unauthorised parties.
11) Program Changes & Jurisdiction
- Webpulse may modify schedule, content, duration, venue or fees if required.
- Sessions may be rescheduled for holidays or operational reasons.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
Declaration & Agreement
By proceeding, I confirm that I have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and I agree that all fees paid (Application, Admission, Program) are non-refundable. I understand the Job Guarantee is conditional on successful completion and minimum 90% attendance. I also understand seats are limited (Aurangabad: 100, Ranchi: 50) and admissions close on reaching capacity.
