1) Program Overview
The Business Growth Consultant (BGC) Program is a 6-months industrial, career-linked training program by Webpulse Solution Pvt. Ltd. designed for roles in Sales, Client Relationship & Digital Business Management.
- 3 Months Training in Business Growth Planning & Management
- 3 Months Paid Internship (₹5,000/month stipend)
On successful completion, candidates are offered a guaranteed job placement as Business Growth Consultant at Aurangabad (Bihar)/ Ranchi (Jharkhand) or Ranchi (Jharkhand) branch.
2) Eligibility
- Age: 18–28 years at the time of application.
- Minimum education: 12th Pass (recognized board).
- Preference to Graduates/Postgraduates with Computer / Tech / IT background.
- Good communication skills and learning attitude required.
3) Seats & Scholarship Policy
Seats are limited: Aurangabad (Bihar) — 50 | Ranchi (Jharkhand) — 50.

6) Attendance, Timings & Rules
- Minimum 90% attendance is mandatory to remain eligible for the Job Guarantee.
- Training + Internship Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
- Punctuality, discipline and professional behaviour are compulsory.
7) Internship & Guaranteed Job
- Internship stipend: ₹5,000/month during the 6-month internship phase (subject to attendance & performance).
- No guaranteed job. Selection is strictly performance-based (discipline + learning attitude + results).

8) Cancellation Policy
- Zero Application Fee, Zero Admission Fee, and Zero Program Fee.
9) Code of Conduct & IP
- Maintain integrity, punctuality, and respectful behaviour at all times.
- Any harassment, plagiarism, cheating or misconduct may lead to termination without pay.
- All training content is the intellectual property of Webpulse Foundation; unauthorised sharing is prohibited.
10) Privacy & Data Usage
By enrolling, you consent to the use of your data for verification, communication, internship & placement assistance, certification, and limited promotional use (with consent). Data is handled per Webpulse privacy practices and not shared with unauthorised parties.
11) Program Changes & Jurisdiction
- Webpulse may modify schedule, content, duration, or venue, if required.
- Sessions may be rescheduled for holidays or operational reasons.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
